Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through www.kalliebaby.com.

You have 14 days to return your order – simple and hassle-free.

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the goods.

2. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear written statement (for example, by email).

Your request must include:

  • your name,

  • order number,

  • the product(s) concerned,

  • your intention to withdraw from the contract.

You may use the EU model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory

3. Return of Goods

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you informed us.

Returned items must be:

  • unused, unwashed and undamaged
  • in their original condition
  • returned in their original packaging, where reasonably possible

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain baby products (such as items that come into direct contact with the skin) may not be eligible for return if opened or used.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise agreed.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost during return shipping. 

4. Refunds

Once we have received the returned goods, or you have provided proof of return, (whichever occurs first) we will process your refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

The refund includes:

  • the price of the returned goods
  • the cost of standard delivery (if applicable)

Please note that any additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option are non-refundable.

5. Deductions for Diminished Value

We may reduce the amount of the refund if the value of the goods has been diminished as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.

6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised
  • sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery
  • goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items

These exceptions apply in accordance with Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.

7. Faulty or Defective Products

If a product is faulty, damaged, or does not conform to the contract, you are entitled to remedies under applicable consumer protection laws. We will cover all costs related to faulty or incorrect items.

Depending on the situation, you may request:

  • replacement
  • repair
  • price reduction
  • or a full refund

Please contact us as soon as possible after discovering the issue and, where possible, include photos of the defect so we can resolve the matter quickly.

8. Return Address

The return address will be provided after you contact us to initiate a return.

Please do not send items back without prior confirmation, as this may delay processing.
