This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through www.kalliebaby.com.
1. Shipping Destination
We currently ship only within the European Union.
Orders with delivery addresses outside the EU cannot be accepted.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed after successful payment has been received.
Processing time is typically 1–5 business days.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended slightly. In such cases, customers will be informed by email.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
Orders are shipped using GLS courier services within the European Union.
For deliveries within Hungary, we may also use MPL (Hungarian Post).
Estimated delivery time:
- Standard shipping: approximately 3–10 business days
Unless otherwise agreed, the maximum delivery time is 30 days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as carrier delays or logistical disruptions.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the delivery destination.
Austria, Denmark, Finland:
- Standard shipping fee: €9.99
- Free shipping on orders over €100
Hungary:
- Standard shipping fee: HUF 1,499
- Free shipping on orders over HUF 40,000
Other European Union countries:
- Standard shipping fee: €19.99
- Free shipping on orders over €100
All applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before the order is completed.
5. Tracking
Where available, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once the order has been dispatched.
Tracking availability depends on the shipping carrier.
6. Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at hello@kalliebaby.com and include your order number.
If delivery is significantly delayed beyond the agreed timeframe, you may have the right to cancel your order and request a refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
For delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g. carrier disruptions, force majeure), we will make reasonable efforts to assist you.
7. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to:

an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

the customer's failure to collect the parcel

refusal of delivery
the customer may be required to pay the shipping cost for resending the order.
We will contact the customer before arranging a new shipment.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If a package is lost or arrives damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@kalliebaby.com.
We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier.
We remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you.
Where required under applicable consumer protection laws, we will provide a replacement, resend the product, or issue a refund.
9. Customs and Duties
As we ship exclusively within the European Union, no customs duties or import taxes apply.
10. Returns and Shipping Costs
If you exercise your right of withdrawal:
- the direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed
- original standard delivery costs will be refunded in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws
