GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Scope and Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions ("GTC") govern the purchase of products through the online store operated by KallieBaby Kft. ("Service Provider", "we", "us") at www.kalliebaby.com ("Webshop").

These GTC apply to all consumer purchases within the European Union.

By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these GTC.

3. Contract Language and Applicable Law

The language of the contract is English.

These GTC and all contracts concluded under them are governed by Hungarian law, with mandatory consumer protection provisions of the consumer’s country of residence remaining applicable.

4. Products and Availability

Product descriptions, images and prices are displayed on the e-shop. Images are for illustrative purposes only.

We reserve the right to correct errors in product descriptions, availability or pricing.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will inform you without delay and issue a full refund.

5. Ordering Process and Contract Formation

By placing an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected products.

The order confirmation email confirms receipt of your order, but does not constitute acceptance of your offer unless explicitly stated.

The contract is concluded only when we expressly confirm acceptance of the order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders only in justified cases, including:

  • pricing errors
  • suspected fraud
  • product unavailability

In such cases, a full refund will be issued without undue delay.

6. Prices and Payment

All prices include applicable VAT.

Delivery costs are displayed separately during checkout.

Payment is accepted via secure online payment methods (e.g. card payments, Shopify Payments or other providers).

We do not charge hidden fees.

7. Delivery

We deliver within the European Union.

Estimated delivery times and costs are shown at checkout.

Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be completed within a maximum of 30 days from the conclusion of the contract.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the consumer when the product is received by the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer.

If delivery fails due to incorrect information provided by the customer, additional shipping costs may apply.

8. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the product.

To exercise your right, you must inform us via email.

You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or proof of return.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method. 

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

- sealed goods not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once opened
- personalised or custom-made products

9. Legal Warranty (Statutory Rights)

Consumers are entitled to a minimum 2-year legal warranty under applicable EU law, including Directive (EU) 2019/771 on the sale of goods.

In case of defective products, you may request:

  • repair or replacement
  • price reduction
  • termination of the contract (refund)

These rights apply free of charge and in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

10. Liability

We are liable for damages in accordance with applicable law.

Nothing in these GTC excludes or limits liability where such limitation is not permitted under applicable law.

11. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Complaints can be submitted via email at hello@kalliebaby.com.

We aim to respond to all complaints within 48 hours.

12. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Final Provisions

If any provision of these GTC is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.

We reserve the right to amend these GTC at any time. Updated versions will be published on the website.
